Schedule a pickup
Book online in about a minute. Choose your pickup time and add any extras, like rush service, fragrance-free detergent, or comforters. Your card is saved at booking and charged once your order is done. Prefer an app? You can also book in the free CleanCloud app for iPhone or Android; just search for Drop It Like It's Hot Laundry.

We collect your laundry
Have your laundry bagged and ready at your pickup time. Pickups run Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Need to change or cancel? Let us know by 6 AM on your pickup day.

We wash, dry & fold
Your laundry is cleaned to your instructions and neatly folded. Wash, dry & fold is priced by the pound, based on final processed weight.

Delivered back to you
Fresh, folded laundry comes back within 48 to 72 hours. Need it faster? Next-day and same-day rush service are available, and rush orders are always processed first. Every order is delivered on its expected day, though weather or other circumstances can occasionally cause a delay.
Before your pickup
- Check all pockets. Pens, cosmetics, lighters, and electronics can damage clothes and machines.
- Let us know about any delicate, damaged, or special-care items before service.
- Clearly label anything that needs special handling.
- Make sure we have safe, easy access to your pickup spot.
